IQI Traceability:
JEM Plaque and Wire IQI's are furnished with Order Number Identification traceable to our quality control system records of test results of material analysis and dimensional measurement. Records are kept at our facility and made available to customers as needed.

IQI Serialization and Dimensionalization Report:
Complete dimensional characterization of Plaque and Wire IQI's (specifically, plaque thickness, hole diameters and wire diameters, respectively) is available using measuring devices and gauges traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

IQI Refurbishment / Recalibration:
Sets of JEM Plaque IQI's can be returned for refurbishment (degrease, ultrasonic, clean, re-size holes, replace missing lead letters, verify material, refinish and color-code-paint or replace non-conforming IQI's), and recalibration (full dimensional inspection and characterization).

IQI Encapsulation:
JEM will encapsulate Plaque IQI's in clear, flexible plastic for those who require permanently calibrated penetrameters. Encapsulation protects against dirt, scratches and some chemicals.
